The living room opens onto the large, furnished loggia with an awning. The bedroom offers ample storage space in the large closet. The two single beds can easily be pushed together to form a double bed. The bathroom is equipped with a tub; a shower splash guard is provided. The vacation rental is approximately 61 m² in size and also features a large loggia with a floor area of approximately 13 m² and a small loggia with a floor area of 3.50 m². After climbing 8 steps, you reach the apartment entrance and step into a welcoming dining-living area with a hallway and coat closet. From here, you can access the small loggia. The hallway provides central access to the kitchen with a corner bench set, the living/bedroom with a large loggia, the bedroom, and the bathroom. The apartment is just a few minutes’ walk from the nearest wooded area. The Breitenbach Dam and other hiking trails are nearby. A discount store, a bakery, and restaurants—as well as bus and train connections—are all within easy walking distance. Payment is made on-site in cash. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is available from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site or via a key safe. Smoking and pets are not allowed. A crib or rollaway bed can be provided upon request (free of charge). The base rate includes towels, bed linens, and Wi-Fi. A parking space is located in front of the house.
