Our house is situated on a south-facing slope and offers our guests a balcony with a great view of the mountains and our animal paradise. Feel free to use the lounge chairs and the barbecue area in the garden. There are quite a few exotic animals to observe here. The rustic-style apartment features a TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and coffee maker, as well as a private bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. Games can be borrowed from the host upon request. The fifth person sleeps on a guest bed, which is set up in one of the two bedrooms. You’ll feel completely at home in our vacation apartment! Free Wi-Fi and parking spaces are, of course, available to you. In our small on-site zoo, we have dwarf goats, peacocks, dwarf rabbits, black swans, various pheasants, and ducks. You’ll never get bored here! There are several ski resorts, cross-country ski trails, and snowshoe hikes—including guided tours—in the surrounding area. There are isolated farms and toboggan runs, as well as an outdoor and indoor swimming pool in the immediate vicinity. Alpaca hikes or horseback riding lessons—anything is possible. Payment is due on-site in cash or in advance via bank transfer. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-out is from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Two pets are allowed and can be accommodated free of charge. A dog kennel is available. The visitor’s tax of 2 EUR per person (ages 16 and up) per night will be charged additionally on-site. Children ages 6 through 15 inclusive: 0.80 EUR. Upon request, the washing machine and dryer may be used for a fee. The base rate includes towels, bed linens, parking, and final cleaning.
