Are you looking for a beautiful family vacation home in the Netherlands? Sandepark 151, also known as “Villa Matisse,” is a stylishly furnished vacation home on a lot of approximately 600 m². The house is quietly located on the edge of Sandepark in Groote Keeten, about 1 km from the beautiful beach.

The detached beach villa is comfortably furnished for up to 8 people and is therefore ideal for large families with children. The large, beautiful garden is fully fenced and offers plenty of privacy. The living room is modern and features a spacious seating area with a fireplace and a flat-screen TV.

For a true outdoor experience, the house has French doors on two sides of the living room that open onto the garden and the patio, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day long. The open kitchen offers all the amenities you need. There is a beautiful, large dining table where you can enjoy meals together.

On the first floor, you’ll find 2 bedrooms and a beautiful bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a second restroom in the entryway. The entire first floor has radiant floor heating. The first floor is accessible via a fairly steep staircase. The other two bedrooms are located on this floor. There is a stair gate at the top of the stairs.

The magnificent, sunny terrace is partially covered and features several seating areas with patio furniture. It’s easy to get into the vacation spirit right away when you see the beautiful, large garden with four sun loungers! Villa Matisse is a vacation home with a fenced-in garden designed specifically for dogs and children. Two dogs are allowed. Also provided: a washing machine, a crib, a high chair, and a handcart. The parking area is located on the private property.
