We warmly welcome you to this cozy 57-square-meter, two-room apartment, “Meerhauch,” in Timmendorfer Strand, located on the second floor and furnished to accommodate 3 adults and 1 child across two floors.

The living/sleeping area is equipped with a comfortable, high-quality sleeper sofa (180x200 cm), a flat-screen TV, a Blu-ray player, a wine refrigerator, exterior blinds, and a selection of DVDs and books. The dining area is located in front of the balcony and is furnished with a dining table and chairs.
From the living/sleeping area, you can step out onto the spacious balcony, where you can enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening while taking in the view of the greenery. Comfortable balcony furniture and a beach chair are available for your use here.

The built-in kitchenette is located on the open loft and features a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, a 4-burner ceramic cooktop, a coffee maker, a milk frother, an egg cooker, and a kettle, and is located on the second level of the apartment.

A small hallway on the second level leads to the bedroom, which is furnished with a cozy double bed (two single mattresses, each 90x200 cm), a large closet, a skylight, and a safe.
On the same level, you’ll find the modern bathroom with a bathtub; it features a hair dryer, a lighted mirror, and a heated towel rack.

The beautiful Baltic Sea beach is approximately 1.8 km away.

On the first floor of the neighboring house (House 3), there is a swimming pool (swim caps required!!) that you are welcome to use, as well as a coin-operated communal sauna available Monday through Thursday.

A garage parking space is reserved for you here at the building.
You can use a free Wi-Fi connection (no claim for reimbursement or replacement in case of disruptions or outages).
A household starter kit is available to you free of charge in this apartment.

This is a non-smoking apartment.
Dogs are not permitted here.

This modern residential complex is located about a 30-minute walk from the city center and the beach. The neighboring building features a swimming pool and a sauna.

Due to COVID-19, use of the sauna and swimming pool is not permitted for the time being.

Good public transportation connections; shopping is within walking distance.
You can park your car in front of the house, and there is also a place to park bicycles.
