An additional guest can also spend the night on the large sofa bed (100m x 200m). <br><br>The fully equipped bathroom in this exclusive apartment offers pure relaxation and comfort, with a walk-in shower for added convenience.<br>A stylish balcony (facing east) with high-quality furniture offers the perfect spot to enjoy warm days. A grill is also available. <br>A large garden with an orchard (total of 3,000 square meters) is available for shared use, and a quiet play area with a swing ensures plenty of fun for our younger guests as well.<br><br>A washing machine and dryer are available for shared use. <br>Unlimited parking is available in front of the house.
