The spacious Konstanze vacation apartment, located on the first floor of Villa Germania, offers 110 m² of living space—ideal for a wonderful vacation for up to four people. The apartment is very elegant, fully accessible, and features a south-east-facing terrace.

You’ll be greeted by a large, open living/dining area with a kitchen. The chic, modern kitchen, complete with a dishwasher, leaves nothing to be desired and is sure to delight any home cook. You can wind down after a wonderful day on comfortable sofas and armchairs, perfectly in front of the flat-screen TV with a Blu-ray player or while listening to music on the hi-fi system. One of the two bedrooms is furnished with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. The spacious bathroom features a large shower and a freestanding bathtub.

A washing machine and dryer are available for all guests to use free of charge in a separate room. Free Wi-Fi is also available.
Linens are included in the price, and the beds will, of course, already be made upon your arrival. You’ll also find hand towels, bath towels, and dish towels already in the apartment when you arrive.
