Villa Ammoudi is located on the southern coast of Messinia, above the sandy bay of Ammoudi, with direct access to the beach. There are only a few vacation homes like this on the coastline of the southern Peloponnese. The name of the villa refers to the sandy bay (Ammoudi means small sandy bay in Greek). Ammoudi Bay consists of two adjacent sandy bays separated by a rocky outcrop. A path between the rocky and sandy banks leads from one bay to the other. This unique vacation home is nestled in the landscape above the two Ammoudi bays on the steep slope. The gentle sound of the sea, heavenly tranquillity, the turquoise blue sea and a beautiful Mediterranean landscape as far as the eye can see, far away from any hustle and bustle, are the first and lasting moments of this beautiful property. A coveted spot for anyone looking for sun, the sea beneath their feet and cozy tranquillity in an elegant ambience.

The villa is elegant, luxurious and sophisticated. Generously built, thought through down to the smallest detail, an architectural example of high-class living. With white walls, colorful fabrics, selected furniture, natural wood and a few accessories, the villa offers a special interior.

Light, air and colors play an important role in the villa overlooking the sea. The white walls and the powerful light through the window fronts create a unique feeling of living. The bold colors of the furniture and pictures provide a fresh accent.

You enter the villa from the rear, up a few steps into the large living/dining room with open kitchen. The glazed living area offers a magnificent view of the sea and the surrounding countryside.

A few steps lead down to the bedroom level. A hallway leads to two mirrored bedrooms. Spacious bedrooms, each with its own dressing room and bathroom. The bedroom on the right has a small bedroom with sofa, suitable for 2 children. There is a separate guest WC in the hallway to both bedroom wings. Both bedrooms have direct access to their own terrace and a staircase to the upper terraces.

The living area leads directly onto the terrace in front, which faces the sea. Symmetry is also used as a design element on the terraces. Two modern, elegant round tables and a round plant at the front of the house form a beautiful contrast to the blue background of the sea. To the side of the villa is another terrace with sun loungers and parasols. From here, a paved path and approx. 118 steps lead to the Ammoudi bays below the villa. The proximity to the bay makes it easy to walk to the beach from the house. The neighboring Kalamaki Beach (approx. 2 km) and the managed Zaga Beach of Koroni (approx. 8 km) and many other beaches in the region are beautiful excursion destinations.

The villa has a cooling system. Cooling panels are installed in the ceilings, floors and partly in the walls, which are operated by 2 heat pumps.

The nearby, picturesque town of Koroni, with its pretty harbor, tavernas and cafés, offers a nice change from the quiet, rural surroundings. Further along, on the western side of Messinia, the towns of Pylos and Methoni are particularly charming. In the coastal area between Koroni and Pylos there are many unspoiled sandy beaches.

There is a TV in the house, but it does not receive any channels. Guests can connect their laptop using the cables provided (USB 3.0, USB C and Mini Display) and use their own streaming services, which can then be played on the TV.
