Welcome to The Hilltop Hideaway on Dry Creek, located between Peaster & Poolville.
Our cozy tiny house features 399 sq ft of living space with 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom and two spacious outdoor covered porches. You'll enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding countryside & the area is a bird watchers paradise. You'll likely be greeted by our resident Miniature donkey's and Nigerian Dwarf goats nearby.

Bedroom: King sized bed with adjustable base & wireless remote. Convenient pair of nightstands with USB plugs. Walk-in closet, and access to the back porch. Spacious closet with shelving, luggage rack & hanging space.

Bathroom: Bathtub/Shower combo with single basin sink.

Living Room: Sofa with pull-out queen bed. Quaint table & 2 chairs, great for eating or work-space. Roku TV & fast WIFI. Small stackable washer & dryer located between the fridge & bathroom.

Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with stove, microwave, dishwasher, Keurig, coffee pot, toaster, blender. Provided coffees, spices, tea, etc.

Outdoor: Two spacious porches with seating options. Propane grill on patio outside of back porch. There are numerous bird & hummingbird feeders to enjoy. Mini donkeys & goats roam in the fenced area near the house.

1 Pet allowed upon approval
No Smoking on property
No large gatherings or parties

PARKING:
Parking spaces to the left of the house. Please do not park directly in front of house. Trailer parking available.
