Modern, spacious, and comfortably furnished, our Vacation Apartment 4 offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation for two people.<br><br>Vacation Apartment 4 has a total area of 45 square meters.<br><br>In our vacation home located at the front, facing Minslebener Straße, you’ll find vacation apartment “4”—a ground-floor unit furnished with attention to detail— equipped for 2 adults; additional occupancy for children is available upon request in the bedroom with 1 guest bed or 1 crib. A high chair can be provided free of charge for our youngest guests. <br><br>Hallway / Entryway:<br>In the hallway, there is a Hotel Card switch where you can activate the power using your check-in card. Our lighting is controlled by LED technology via motion sensors. No more fumbling around for light switches in the hallway! <br><br>Bedroom:<br>In the cozy sleeping area, a high-quality king-size box-spring double bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m and a spacious sliding-door closet await you for a restful night’s sleep.<br><br>Living Area:<br>The living and kitchen area is equipped with a kitchen featuring a dishwasher, ceramic cooktop, oven, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, and egg cooker, as well as a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Next to the dining area for 4 people is a couch with an armchair and footstool, as well as a 32-inch flat-screen TV with the latest satellite system, HDTV, and free HD channels, plus a stereo system with CD, MP3, radio, and USB port.<br>A built-in safe is also available.<br><br>Bathroom:<br>The bathroom, with its glass-enclosed shower, toilet, hair dryer, cosmetic set, bathrobe, and box of facial tissues, offers a level of comfort reminiscent of a hotel stay.<br>You’ll find space for your personal toiletries on the exclusive mineral cast sink. <br>Underfloor heating ensures pleasant and consistent warmth in the bathroom, and a towel warmer is also available for your use.<br><br>The shower has a level, barrier-free entry, and a stool provides additional storage space. A medical shower stool is available and can be provided upon request.<br><br>Terrace:<br>A terrace with a garden, accessible directly from the living area, is part of the vacation rental.<br>Garden furniture with cushions, a parasol, two sun loungers, and a kettle grill are available for your use free of charge.<br><br>Ample parking is available at the house.<br><br>Bed linens, towels, final cleaning, and Wi-Fi are included.<br>Prices do not include the visitor’s tax. <br>Check-in is available starting at 3:00 PM, and check-out should be by 10:00 AM.
