The national park’s vast beech forest begins just a few meters from the property, and the city center—with its numerous shops and restaurants—lies right in front of the house. The city harbor and the pier are just a few minutes’ walk away.<br><br>Vacation Apartment 14, “Baumwipfelnest,” is located on the second floor of the building and features a covered balcony. <br>This spacious, bright two-room apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows has a living area of 74 square meters and is equipped to accommodate three people. <br>The bedroom features a comfortable double bed, and a third person can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. <br>A modern built-in kitchen is integrated into the living-dining room. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, and other standard amenities such as a coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. <br>The living area features a comfortable sofa, a flat-screen TV, a radio, and a dining area. <br>Wi-Fi is available in the apartment.<br>The bathroom has a walk-in shower. <br>The location of this accessible apartment on the upper floor, combined with the building’s elevator, makes it suitable for people with limited mobility who use wheelchairs.<br>The apartment includes a reserved parking space at the building, marked with the number 14. <br>On the first floor, there is a washing machine and a dryer (coin-operated) available for shared use.<br>Pets are welcome!
