Pet friendly, plenty of room for 10 people, the carport area and backyard with firepit and pool was awesome. This place is just enough to stay all day and maybe make a small beach trip. All in all, great experience here. The stairs are the only way into the house, just keep that in mind incase you struggle with stairs.

Needs a deep clean and routine maintenance. Dishwasher smelled like dead fish. Washer was a problem till Google how to fix it. Location was great and pool was awesome. We would return because of the pool!

Great stay

We had a wonderful time, while I agree with some of the other reviews left about the house needing a bit of an update the pool really made the stay worth it. While on the smaller side it was perfect for my family of 4. My kids have already requested a return to this place for next year.

The house was amazing. We had so much fun. The private pool and fire pit were definitely the high lights. We kept joking about buying the house so we didn't have to leave. We are already planning to book again!

This rental was extremely disappointing and did not match the condition presented in the listing photos. The house had a strong musty smell, and several areas of the flooring felt noticeably soft underfoot, which made us uncomfortable and concerned about possible moisture damage.The bathroom was the worst part. There was visible dark staining and growth around the bathtub drain and seams, deteriorated and separated caulking, moisture around the vent, and a large unfinished plywood panel covering part of the bathroom wall. The bathroom shown in the listing looked clean, bright, and finished, but that was not the condition we encountered.We rented this home expecting it to resemble the advertised photos and to be clean and properly maintained. Unfortunately, it felt misleading and was not the vacation rental experience we paid for. I have photographs documenting the conditions and would not recommend this property unless these moisture, cleanliness, and maintenance problems are professionally addressed.

House was nice & clean with plenty of room to sleep. A/C worked great. Kids loved the pool & outdoor space. Staff was very helpful & friendly. Having a washer & dryer helped too.

The over-all stay was pleasant. We did have a small issue at the beginning of our stay, but was addressed quickly.

Great weekend stay!!

We loved our stay at the Surf Inn. The house was clean and had all the amenities we needed. We loved the location in town. Access to rent the golf cart was a pleasant surprise. Mark & Melinda were easy to work with and made the stay so enjoyable. We already booked another weekend.

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved the house location! With kids the nearby park is an absolute plus! The pool and cart are so convenient to have on-site to use! Access to the beach and all the local restaurants is a short cart ride away. The house came equip with kitchen utensils and was beautiful inside! Our stay was amazing and the kiddos really loved the bunk beds!

Great spot not far from the beach and/or in town attractions! Nearby park/intercostal/and bird sanctuary were fun walking excursions. Heated pool was awesome for the kids and adults. House was well furnished and stocked. Beds comfy. Would definitely stay here again! Thanks!

Cozy beach house with tons of amenities

This was the PERFECT little beach house: great location (golf cart provided SAVED us), amazing amenities including pool, fire pit, horse shoe area, multiple tvs for entertainment, and extra toiletries for convenience. Everything was so clean and the house was decorated beautifully. 10/10 would recommend!!

Fun Beach Getaway

Excellent place! Cute, clean, just what we needed. Loved access to the private pool and golf cart. 5 minute drive to the beach, close to restaurants and shops. My kids loved having their own room and we all loved the games that were available for us to play. Plenty of towels, cool AC and loved having the outdoor shower to rinse off at after a day at the beach. The outdoor area was great as well with darts, TV and a swing. We will be staying here again!

Fun home!

We used the surfinn for my son’s 15th birthday party! It was so perfect! The back yard, the heated pool, the golf cart! It was all so amazing and easy. Any time I had a question it was answered quickly. Can’t recommend this wonderful place enough!

Wonderful stay

The outdoor space was awesome. Plenty of room for 6 adults and 4 kids. They even have some games for adults and children. Plenty of room in the kitchen. There are some weak spots in the floor that need to be addressed but we put a towel over these to keep everyone off of it. We had a great time and are excited to come back.

A cute little house with everything you need.

It is in the “downtown” area so it was in a crowded location but still somehow felt out of the way with quick access to all the hustle and bustle around the tourist area. Only minor gripe is that gas’s grill did not work. Pool was a very nice touch and we got lots of enjoyment from the paceman game.

Dreamy family vacation!

Surf Inn was the perfect, relaxing getaway for our family. The outdoor spaces were so much fun with lots of great seating shady spots by the pool. Only a short drive from the beach, we could easily get there and spend hours at the beach then head home to shower off in the outdoor shower and rest in the beautiful, updated home. The bunk beds gave everyone their own bed, and the kitchen and dining room was comfortable for our group of 7. We loved feeling the sea breeze on the front patio while watching the kids scooter in the driveway. We can’t wait to come back next summer!!
