Cape Cod Cottage is a freshly renovated three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the heart of Port A. Close to restaurants, shopping, entertaining and the beach, this is the perfect spot for your next vacation home! Perhaps best of all, there is a private pool for you and your guests to enjoy!

The living spaces were decorated in soothing coastal shades reminiscent of Cape Cod cottages. The kitchen is outfitted with quartz countertops and high-end appliances. It includes everything you’ll need to create culinary masterpieces for your family. Through French doors, you’ll find yourself in a comfortable living room with cozy furniture, a flat-screen TV and a fireplace to enjoy. The dining table seats four guests. Feel free to pack light as there’s a washer and dryer for your use while you’re here! Step onto the front porch and rock in the rocking chairs as you feel yourself relaxing!

The primary suite has a queen-size bed and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also boasts a queen-size bed. The third bedroom is a bunk room with twin-size bunk bed and an en-suite bathroom. For your comfort and convenience, there are cozy bathrobes for you and your guests.

The backyard has a nice in-ground swimming pool and a fire pit. There are even a set of bikes to pedal around the island. Easily walk right over to Beach Street and many of the island’s finest restaurants will be found right there from seafood to Mexican, barbecue to Cajun!

We have stayed at this property before. We came back because it was clean, has nice kitchen and has a private pool. We have never had problems and this will be our choice if we ever come back.

Beautiful house within close proximity to the beach. We really enjoyed the pool and how relaxing and homey the house felt. Will definitely be coming back.

We had an absolutely amazing time!! The property could not have been more perfect!! Loved having our own private pool!! The only problem I have to say is that we called and said a couple of the fans in the house were not working and they said they would have someone come and fix the problem but we never saw anyone.

What a great stay! Everything was clean and well put together. My family (husband, and 3 year old son), had such a great time and felt like we were at our personal vacation home! The hime was clean, super cute and cozy, updated, and the pool was refreshing and clean. The fire pit was legit!! (Bring your own wood/fire starters...Our son absolutely loved his room with the bunk beds! Super fun!Kody's pub has AMAZING food and friendly staff.- very fresh seafood! The fried crawfish or oysters are super worth it!Fyi- the bed in the non primary room is way more comfortable than the main room... we realized this on our last night, lol.We are already looking to book this beautiful gem next year and hopefully MANY years to come.

Loved it!

This place was the perfect place to stay especially if you like convenience and cleanliness. It was walking distance to the beach , restaurants and bars. The cleanliness was a 10/10.

The pictures definitely look a little different than when you arrive, they did not have any necessities for the kitchen, only provided 2 washcloths and 2 hand towels. No kitchen towels. The 2nd bathroom is in the room with the bunk beds, the fans are loud and wobbly. The back room is very small and stays hot. The location was very nice to town and the beach. Cute house maybe for a couple but probably wouldn’t stay here again with kids. The pool was a plus but looked dirty. It’s would be a nice weekend house but if your looking To stay for a week a so I’d find something else.

The cottage was wonderful plenty of space for six people. I would say that the only downside is they could offer some staples spices like salt and pepper and maybe some sugar. I had to go out and buy those. Also, I could not find enough trash bags so I had to go buy that as well. Other than that, everything else was perfect.

Awesome house with a small pool.

We come to Port A every year, this will definitely be booked again it was perfect for the family. Right in the middle of town with easy access to all the restaurants beach and bars. Five stars!!

Property looks ok but a bit deceiving from reviews

I hate to ever complain! But beds were uncomfortable there were roaches inside and the termites inside flying around were bad maybe due to the rain, but still. The floor was rotten in the kids restroom feels like falling through and very small! If u have kids make sure to pick up all the ornaments or decorations down low also fire place was plugged into a gfci and can see it was burned up so I u plugged it. Overall appearance of the house was pretty good.but not for the price good.

This was a great property! It is close to the beach and my kids enjoyed the pool. Everything was in working order when we arrived and house was clean. We would definitely book again on our next trip!

Break from the cold

The place is nice for the age, somewhat modern decor. The pots and pans are pretty old and the teflon peeling off. There were loads of drinking glasses, wine glasses but could have used some pot holders, kitchen towels and cloths hangers for the closets. The heat and cooling systems were very good.

Mostly clean. Smelled good inside like it was mopped (or was that bug spray we were inhaling).2 out of 3 ceiling fans didnt work. Beds small. Floors uneven and sagging. 1 toilet pressure very low. Only Roku on TV. Fridge door broken, left side french door flapper has to be flipped manually each time before closing. Clothes dryer sounds like a freight train. No deadbolts on either door. Neither door has blinds on windows. Rear neighbor has 2nd floor sliding door that can see right in the lit kitchen! Careful how you dress for that midnight snack!The pool had leaves and bugs. No pool net to clean with!Odd spidery looking bugs had to be "manually" removed.ICK! No smell of chlorine. Air conditioner in the middle of the back wall, feet from pool was very loud and you were happy when it stopped! White rocks on 3 sides had numerous (12) dog feces toasting in the sun (pics wont be included). Wife got sick from it....

Great location!

My family and I had a wonderful time here. Exactly as advertised and other reviews are accurate. Brought the family dog with us on this trip and the yard was fenced in nicely. My kid had a blast in the pool which was well maintained. Within walking distance to restaurants and gift shops. Also a very short drive to the beach. Little things could probably use a facelift, for example, the shower curtain, grill, and couch, but other than that this was really a lovely home. Would definitely stay again.

Bathrooms are small

The parking is deceiving, there’s only room for 2 cars. One of the bathrooms is the size of a small closet. My ceiling fan made a terrible noise which was finally fixed by the 3rd night. It was pretty warm in the house without it. The house is close to the bars so you can hear booming until they close. The house is decorated cute. But the beds are really high. They need to work on the floor in the main bathroom as you can see the ground through a crack under the tub. Great location for ppl who want to party, not great for families.
