Very nice condo for the price. Large patio overlooking Gulf. Comfortable sofas and beds. I've stayed at this exact condo before, and likely to book again.

Lovely place to stay in SPI

The accommodation was spacious for a big family. Our favorite is having a kitchen with room for everyone to eat together. The pools were never too busy and the beach access was super convenient.

Nice property location

We enjoyed the condo, property and close proximity to the beach. While the condo could use a little freshening up it was clean and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Very nice condo! We stay at the Saida Towers every summer it has nice pools, tennis courts and beach access.

A perfect location. Steps from the beach. We woke to the sunrise over the ocean each morning. The property was not crowded...even on Spring Break. No issues with noise or parties. Pet-friendly. The unit was spacious. Bedrooms were separated, allowing for downtime and privacy. The shared spaces are laid out well and easily accommodated our party of 6. Everything was as advertised. Check-in and out was easy. We will visit this location again!

Great family spot!

Really enjoyed our stayed. Comfy beds, plenty of towels, & fully stocked kitchen. Beautiful view is the beach. Very clean. Will add to our list to visit again. Customer service was great.

We’ve been staying at Saida for many years. I have to say, this was the most disappointing unit we’ve been in. There are some definite pros to this unit, it has an incredible view, nice kitchen, very comfy living room furniture, and a great patio. But it was really outdated. The master bathroom was just gross. It looked moldy along all the cracks and there was a bunch of clumps of hair from someone who stayed there prior to us. Both bathrooms had poor water pressure and everything felt and looked old. The blankets on the beds were basically sheets and rough and scratchy. The towels and bedding smell like they’re being washed in that old, cheap, powered lemon scented laundry detergent. Once again, there were nice things here and I don’t want to say it was all bad. The beds and couches were comfortable, the view is great, it has good bones, and it’s in a great location on the property. We just will choose to stay in a different unit next summer.

Ocean Bliss

Perfect weather, beautiful beach, good food and good fun. Condo was exactly as listed. Kitchen well stocked, and plenty of room for the four of us. I would definitely recommend this property and the heated pool was a major plus!

We had great stay at the condo, we wished we would have stayed for another day or two! We were very happy with the location, the pools and beach access. Bring your own beach towels as there are none in the unit.

Summer Vacation

The condo was clean, spacious, decorated well, and was super cozy. The kitchen had wonderful selection of dishes. We really enjoyed ourselves.

Lots of room and great view

The master bedroom has a wonderful view of the ocean! The patio gets some sun and some shade in the mornings for coffee on the patio. Excellent experience for my family!!

Great place to stay!

The condo itself had a nice homely feel, with a nice amount of space for a larger family. It was very comfortable for our group of seven, and accommodated to all of our needs well. The amenities included also made it easier to stay inside and cook our own food, or entertain ourselves in the condo, which was nice. Overall, it was a great place to have a nice family trip where we could all enjoy our time together.
