Kay condo is simply beautiful in every way! Our family has found our new spi spot and we been coming for years and this condo exceeded our expectations. Super close beach access, super clean, beautiful unit, and stunning views. When I say the owner went above and beyond, they set the bar high they thought of everything! Labeling of all the stuff made everything even easier! I can't rave enough about about this condo. It's great for a family or group of friends! Don't hesistate book this one fast. Such an amazing place! We cant wait to be back next year and my 4 year old didn't want to leave!

Pet friendly. Convenient to the beach. Condo was well appointed. Beach side porch was nice, but too low for a good view of the beach. Communication with host was excellent.

Easy beach access

The property was perfect for our stay and easy to get to beach with young children. The condo looked just like the pics. They have nicely updated the space and had everything we needed besides the Kuerig not working.

Summer Family Vacay

Very nice location. The place was a walk to the beach, good communication with owner. It did rain a few times, but thats okay cant control that. Only thing we wish their would of been a washer and dryer in the condo for convenience.

The had an amazing time.

We absolutely loved our time at Costal Shores. My only regret is we didn’t stay longer. It’s so so clean, comfortable, and just beautiful. The whole family enjoyed our vacation. We loved being right on the beach.

Loved the fact this condo provided beach chairs, towels, towel and hygiene products. The kitchen was fully equipped. Unfortunately, we traveled with items. The condo details and messages do not lie. The condo is well prepared to make your stay fun and comfortable. The extended boardwalk to the beach was so helpful. I would highly recommend this condo.

Coastal Shores was a wonderful getaway. Clean, comfortable, quiet location and close to restaurants. Very fun, relaxing stay - everything you need in this unit for a home away from home.

Beachfront condo

This beachfront, dog-friendly condo is beautiful. Recently remodelled and tastefully decorated. Large patio with scenic view of the gulf. Beds and furniture very comfortable. Everything you need is there. Will rent again when I return to SPI.

At the beach

The condo was perfect. Great location, very clean and well appointed. I loved your hair dryer so much I ordered one on Amazon! They just finished the new boardwalk to the beach and it was great. Thanks for a great getaway.

Perfect Location Perfect Stay

Hands down a great stay, the location was perfectly located on the island and the area was quiet, we visted during NYE week. The added pleasantness of our stay had to be the decor and design of the condo, my girlfriend and I agreed that everything was designed and decorated beautifully and as cliché as it may sound..really made you feel at home but in luxury. Can't forget the cleanliness of the place really topped it off, the long balcony was also a great feauture to sit and listen to the waves. Overall an enjoyable stay worth every penny.Thank you!

Wonderful beach condo

This first floor condo has been fully renovated. It is clean and is well equipped with everything we needed. They even had beach towels, beach chairs, soaps, shampoos and games. Plenty of dishes and pots and pans for cooking. The porch was a great place to sit and watch the sunrise. We had an amazing time and will be back.

The best ever in SPI!!

We really enjoyed the unit, especially the overall style. The location and access to the beach were great! And being able to sit on the private patio and watch the sunrise - oh, my gosh, how beautiful! The en suite shower was a little too small for comfort for my fit husband, but he says that is just his thing. He just switched showers. I left a couple notes, one about a cup with a hole in the bottom and one on a plug that didn’t work - just for your information. When we come back, we want to stay here again, for sure!
