A comfortable and stylish industrial artist’s loft that has been completely renovated and carefully designed by the (artist) owners.<br>Find your favorite spot to read a book in the evening and enjoy the urban atmosphere.<br><br>The apartment spans two floors:<br>On the first floor is a spacious living room with plenty of comfortable sofas. Open the doors to the glass-enclosed room to enter one of the bedrooms with two comfortable double beds, or climb up to the loft to reach the second bedroom, which sleeps two in a spacious double bed.<br><br>On the second floor, you’ll find a modern, custom-built kitchen made entirely of stainless steel and a spacious dining area. Climb the metal staircase to reach the rear bedroom, which sleeps 2 people in 1 large double bed with thick mattresses. Behind the kitchen are two bathrooms, each with a toilet and a shower. Please note that we have very strict rules, as not every guest is able to behave respectfully. We want everyone to have a good time: our guests, our neighbors, our housekeeper, and everyone else involved in your stay. Please note that we have to be very strict and only accept guests who are willing to respect these rules. Before check-in, you must read and confirm the following rules. If you do not agree with the rules, please do not book. That’s fine with us, too. No questions asked—you just need to say “No” or “YES” to our rules.<br><br>The first and most important rule is: no PARTY—if you don’t agree with this rule, you can stop reading here and look for another place to stay. If you’re looking for a place to throw a party: please don’t book.<br><br>// Be responsible and peaceful //<br>This is an apartment with delicate furniture and decor; it’s open to peaceful guests who want to use these rooms to rest and relax.<br><br>// Pick up your trash before you check out //<br>Just put it in our bags—we’ll take it out.<br><br>// Clean your used kitchen utensils //<br>If you don’t have time for this, our cleaning staff will take care of it as an additional service.<br><br>XXX No Smoking //<br>This is a non-smoking apartment; cigarettes, blunts, or cigars are not permitted inside the apartment. However, smokers must pay for odor removal if they smoke indoors. Guests who leave used cigarettes, blunts, or ash in our non-smoking apartments will be automatically charged. If you do not comply with this rule, we will have to charge you a fine of 200 euros.<br><br>XXX No parties or loud music //<br>We cannot allow parties, loud music, or gatherings inside or in front of the Airbnb. Please use the bars, clubs, or venues in the neighborhood to celebrate your gatherings. If neighbors complain that you are being too loud, we will have to cancel your reservation. If you do not comply with this rule, we will have to charge you a fine of 500 euros. Your stay will end immediately, and you must leave the apartment.<br><br>XXX DO NOT damage the steel safety net //<br>The steel net is primarily used for your safety and to visually demarcate the property. Therefore, please do not let yourself fall into the steel net and/or hang from it. If the steel net is damaged (bulges and/or tears in the steel net), we must charge a compensation fee of 300 euros.<br><br>XXX No visitors at night //<br>Our nighttime hours are from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM.<br>If more guests stay overnight than were
