Unforgettable excursions to the volcanic craters of the Dauner Maare and countless other hiking trails are just a short drive away. The apartment is the perfect starting point for your vacation in the Vulkaneifel. The county seat of Daun itself offers numerous local cultural attractions as well as countless excursion and hiking opportunities in the surrounding area.
Getting Here & Transportation: 
The attic apartment is located in a three-unit building. Free parking spaces are available on the street. For your local transportation needs, the bus station in Daun is less than a 5-minute walk away. From there, buses depart for the nearest major cities, such as Gerolstein, as well as to many nearby attractions and hiking trailheads.
Getting There:
By car from Cologne (north): Follow the A1 to the end of the highway (near Blankenheim). From there, continue on the local road, which will take you through Hillesheim to Daun.
From the direction of Koblenz or Trier (south): Follow the A48/A1 to the Vulkaneifel interchange. From there, take the road toward Daun. The apartment is located on the outskirts of Daun and is easily accessible by car.
By train: The nearest train stations are Gerolstein (20 km) and Wittlich Central Station (34 km). From there, you can take a taxi or ride the bus to the Daun Central Bus Station (ZOB). The Daun Central Bus Station is only 350 meters from the apartment. Other nearby train stations include Koblenz Central Station (75 km) and the Montabaur ICE station (90 km).

On-site fees: One pet may accompany you for an additional fee of 20 € per stay. The pet must be booked at the time of reservation. If this is not possible online, please note this when booking, and the fee must be paid in cash upon arrival. For last-minute bookings made within 3 days of arrival, please transfer the full booking amount immediately after booking. Unfortunately, payment on-site upon arrival is not possible. Guests may cancel free of charge up to 5 days before arrival. Within 5 days of arrival, a cancellation fee of 90% of the booking price applies. In the event of a no-show, 100% of the booking price is due.



Check-in is from 4:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
