The detached vacation home features 3 rooms, 2 bedrooms, and one bathroom. The living area features a cozy sofa nook and a dining area with a view of the garden. An open loft with a sofa, recliners, and a smart TV offers additional space to relax.

The open kitchen is integrated directly into the living area and equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle—ideal for self-catering. The bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and a hair dryer.

Outside, a covered patio and a garden with outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities invite you to linger. The approximately 250 m² fenced-in property ensures privacy and is particularly dog-friendly—one dog is welcome (€12.50 per night).

The location in Niendorf on the Baltic Sea is ideal: shopping is about 300 m away. Restaurants, walking and biking trails, playgrounds, and opportunities for water sports and fishing are all in the immediate vicinity. The train station is about 7 km away, providing good transportation options even without a car.

There is no parking space on the property, but public parking is within walking distance.

Children are welcome; a travel crib and a high chair are available.
