This charming 2-room apartment, located on the ground floor of a newly built detached house, impresses with its quiet location and high standard of finish. Fully furnished with as-new furniture, it comprises an inviting living and dining room, a bedroom and a modern bathroom. The integrated kitchenette is equipped with granite worktops, a fridge with freezer compartment and a dishwasher, thus fulfilling all culinary wishes. For coffee lovers, both a filter coffee machine and a Nespresso coffee machine are available. In the living area, a pull-out sofa bed (140x200cm) invites you to linger, complemented by a dining table with a bench and comfortable upholstered chairs, a TV with Internet TV and a DVD player. Free Wi-Fi internet is of course available throughout the apartment. The bedroom offers plenty of storage space and comfort with a cozy double bed (160x200cm), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers. The apartment is also equipped with a washing machine and tumble dryer to make your stay even more comfortable. On request, guests can receive a cot, high chair and toys for younger visitors, making the apartment particularly family-friendly.
