From the apartment you have a very beautiful view of the sea, beach and the village with the lighthouse. The house has a balcony on the south side, equipped with a sunshade, so you can enjoy it here during the day.
When you enter the house, you immediately enter the cozy hallway. The hallway gives you access to the 2 bedrooms, toilet, bathroom and living room.
 
The living room has been renovated with fresh colors, new furniture and flooring throughout the house. It has a 2-seater sofa, 2 comfortable chairs, digital television, radio/CD player and a dining area with 6 chairs. From the living room you can step onto the balcony, equipped with 2 garden chairs.
 
The kitchen has a gas stove, combination microwave, refrigerator with freezer, coffee maker (filter), Senseo and a kettle. From the kitchen you have a view of the village.
 
The bathroom has a shower, sink, mirror and wall cabinet.
 
1 bedroom is on the gallery side and has 2 separate beds, a rattan cupboard with drawers and a wall cupboard. The second bedroom has a double bed (2 separate mattresses, beds cannot be pushed apart) and a large wardrobe. From this bedroom you have a view of the beach and the sea.
 
At the house you have your own storage room for bicycles or beach equipment, for example.
 
A high chair and cot are available as standard. It is a non-smoking home and pets are not allowed.
 
Parking: you have your own private parking space (1 car). For your information: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
 
You will receive a maximum of 2 entrance tickets for the North Holland Dune Reserve.
