An exceptionally luxurious apartment in a prime location! Just 50 meters from the Egmond-Zuid beach access. From the spacious balcony with glass screening (wind protection), you can enjoy a magnificent view of the North Sea. Modernly furnished with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 private parking spaces. One of a kind in Egmond!

The “Abi’s Place” vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of the “Terrassenflat” apartment complex. The apartment is equipped to accommodate up to 4 adults and 2 children. It’s surprisingly stylishly furnished and offers plenty of comfort and luxury.

The living room is spacious and opens onto the large, furnished balcony (20 m²). Enjoy the beautiful view of the sea and the dunes! The modern open-concept kitchen is equipped with a combination oven/microwave, dishwasher, Quooker, filter coffee maker/Nespresso machine, refrigerator/freezer, and ample storage space. 

The master bedroom is located on the ocean-facing side of the apartment and is furnished with comfortable box-spring beds (180x200). Private balcony with ocean views. The bathroom is en suite and features a shower, a sink, and a toilet.

Bedroom 2: comfortable box-spring beds (180x200), closet. Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (80x200), closet. The second bathroom features a bathtub/shower and a sink. Separate guest restroom in the apartment.

Washer/dryer, travel crib, and high chair are available in the apartment. 

The apartment includes a basement storage room, e.g., for your bicycles or beach gear.

The complex has an elevator. This elevator stops at every intermediate floor, so you’ll always have to walk 2 sets of 8 steps to reach the apartment.

The apartment has 2 private parking spaces; please use them during your stay. You will not receive a digital parking permit; we do not need your license plate number.
Please note: Parking in Egmond aan Zee is subject to a fee.

One dog (short-haired) is allowed.

You will receive a maximum of 2 access cards for the dune area.
