From the large hall you enter the bathroom, separate toilet, bedrooms, kitchen and living room. The spacious living room offers a lot of comfort and is furnished with a 3-seater sofa, a 2-person sofa (can also be used as a sofa bed), 3 comfortable chairs, a flat screen TV and a cozy dining area. From the living room you can step through the sliding doors onto the furnished balcony. Enjoy the beautiful view of the sea, beach and dunes and the pleasant atmosphere of the beachgoers.
The kitchen has a complete kitchen inventory including an induction stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker (filter), kettle, refrigerator with freezer, washing machine with dryer, toaster and oven.
 
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and a hairdryer. The toilet is separate.
 
There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment, both with sliding doors to the balcony. 1 bedroom has a double bed (160x200). The 2nd bedroom has a (narrow) double bed (120x200) and a single bed (90x190). If you book with 6 people, 2 people will sleep on the good sofa bed in the living room.
 
You have to walk 2x 7 flights of stairs before you reach the apartment.
 
The apartment is suitable for 4 adults + 2 children.

- You will also receive 1x digital "parking permit" for a 2nd car, and only for the license plate you specified (1 car). This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. Due to the new digital parking system, you must provide us with your car registration number before arrival! Please note: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
 
 You will receive a maximum of 2 entrance tickets for the North Holland Dune Reserve.
