Beautiful Property

This is our 7th year staying in Bass Lake for a multigenerational family trip. The outdoor decks/dock location at this property were far superior to previous properties we’ve rented. The kitchen has everything you need, and beds were comfortable. One bedroom is up a metal spiral staircase in a loft which was not totally ideal but not uncommon for houses in this area. The jacuzzi was having issues but management had great communication and had people out multiple times to get it repaired. We all had a lovely time and wish we could stay longer!

Amazing House to stay at

We spent a week there and the place is beautiful. Having access to your own dock and cove was perfect. Will stay there again.

The Barrons

Everything was simply wonderful, from the warm and cozy atmosphere to the beautiful surroundings. It truly felt like a home away from home, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! We created so many lovely memories during our time there, we are already looking forward to the possibility of coming back next year.

Friend’s Lakehouse

We loved our stay in Bass Lake! The house is in a great location in a quiet cove with its own dock. The house was clean and comfortable. It felt like we were staying at a friend’s house with a fully stocked kitchen and tons of games to play. We will be back next year!

Best Family Vacation Home!

This house was absolutely fantastic! It was large enough for our whole family (10 people total) with five bedrooms and five bathrooms over three floors! Every amenity you could want/need was available for us to use which includes every kitchen gadget imaginable, an outdoor shower, private dock, spa, fantastic A/C, super comfortable beds, and the list could go on and on. To the Twet Family, thank you for opening your home to mine! This was out first time to Bass Lake and by no means will it be our last! Hopefully your home will be available next summer too!

Superb location

House is located on a quiet cove with a 5 minute drive to the marina. The kitchen is well appointed and overall set up works well for larger groups. Lake is still a bit on the low side for June and dock has no extension as most neighbors do, so no boat docking available this time of year (mentioned in Vacasa description).

fun at bass lake

the property was beautiful; easy access when checking in. The property had beautify outdoor spaces and easy access to dock. We rented a boat and was able to dock it at the house to pick up and drop of family as they choose. The kitchen was amazing, it had two refrigerators and adequate kitchenware many pots, pans and utensils. This house was very welcoming. My only complaint was the lighting was dim in all of the rooms other than that we were all amazed! Love this place and I would rent again.

Nice house nice location

The property is nice. The Jacuzzi is NOT as in the picture Also when we got to the house the Jacuzzi Water were brown and disgusting. Up on discussing the issue with Management we where told that it is still safe They sent someone to fix it but still had Brown scam around the jacuzzi

Hilton Bass Lake Bash 2022

Beautiful property and location that met all our needs and more! As stated above the original listing stated there was a private boat dock. But dock was on dry land and not usable. I saw that later descriptions noted the dock being unusable since 2021. That was not made clear when I booked in March. That was the one disappointment, but otherwise, overall, everything was perfect

Pretty view but not well maintained

This house had a great view of the lake and the private dock was in the water, which made boats and water sports easy. The home is cute but a bit more dates than it appears in pictures. It was not very clean when we arrived, with crusted food on the counter and lewd pictures left in rooms for my 10 year old son to find. The WiFi did not work the the entire week and the gas grill worked one night and not again, which was troubling when trying to cook for a large party. Last, the hot tub water was cloudy and didn’t look clean. We did alert Vacasa and found there lack of responsiveness to address these issues disappointing.

I will not use VRBO or Vacasa again

There is too much to say about the issues we had staying here. We regardless didn't let them get us down. I had asked that the BBQ be clean and plenty of propane as we have a chef in the family who would do all cooking on it. First time he tried to BBQ he ran out of gas, the oven didn't function properly had not been cleaned and smoke filled the kitchen when we preheated. Trash from previous folks wasn't emptied, we had a bear go through that trash because it was in a regular barrel instead of bear boxes. Neighbors say this always happens at this rental, there wasn't a manual to explain how to use all the 5 TVs nor give instructions for other things that would have been helpful and which we have had w/other rentals. The SMS system is minimal, sometimes you want to talk to a real person and this is nearly impossible to do with this management. The owners should know how badly it is managed. The listing says they have an office where we were staying-not so. The master shower was very slow and we had to take short showers, when reported they replied did you plunge it? For the money we spent this is unacceptable! These folks are money grabbers only.
