Our vacation rental, “Ankerplatz im Havelland,” was recently renovated in March 2024 and lovingly furnished.

This small but charming apartment is centrally located in the beautiful Havelland region, in a neighborhood of Wustermark, between Potsdam and Berlin.

It’s perfect, for example, for a cycling vacation, sightseeing, or a business trip.

The “Ankerplatz im Havelland” vacation rental is located in a two-family home with its own entrance and a fenced-in garden area in front for your exclusive use. It was most recently renovated to a high standard in March 2024 and has been lovingly furnished.

The apartment measures just under 35 m² in total, and the garden area covers approximately 30 m².
The approximately 20 m² room serves as a living room, dining room, and bedroom and is equipped with a comfortable double bed (1.80×2.00 m), a high-quality recliner (fold-out bed for 1 person), a table with 2 chairs, and a TV.

The kitchenette is equipped with a refrigerator, a ceramic cooktop, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. Cutlery, plates, cups, and glasses (enough for at least 4 people each), as well as pans and pots, are provided.

The bathroom features a shower, a toilet, a small sink, and a washing machine.

The property is heated by gas, and hot water is provided by a tankless water heater.

Wi-Fi is available for guests.

Towels and bed linens are provided for guests.

The private garden area is equipped with a table, chairs, cushions, a parasol, two lounge chairs, and a grill.
Guest access
A car can be parked right next to the house under the carport.

The vacation rental’s separate entrance is accessed from the carport through the fenced-in garden.

Bicycles can also be stored under the carport or parked in the garden, where they can be charged (e-bikes).

The house and property are under video surveillance. Privacy is nevertheless guaranteed.

Very close by are the Karls Erdbeerhof (about a 10-minute drive) and the “Döberitzer Heide” nature reserve. The Designer Outlet Center Berlin (about an 8-minute drive). The “HavelPark” shopping center (about a 12-minute drive).

As well as many other attractions: the HavelTherme, Dinopark Germendorf, various farms, and the nearby cities of Potsdam and Berlin.

The Havelland region delights vacationers with its many biking and hiking trails, bodies of water, and beautiful landscapes.
