1 bedroom accommodation in Egmond aan Zee

Through the entrance on the ground floor, you immediately enter the fully equipped kitchen/diner with, among other things, a combination microwave, dishwasher and Senseo/Nespresso machine, washing machine. A cozy bar table with 4 high chairs is included. A wonderful place to enjoy a meal together or play a game.
The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, sink and bathroom furniture. There is a separate toilet in the house. The bedroom has a double bed (2 separate duvets), wardrobe and patio door to the south-facing terrace. The terrace has a picnic table, parasol and sun lounger.
 
You reach the 1st floor via a staircase, where the living room is located. The living room is practically laid out with, among other things, a 2-person sofa and dining room table with 4 chairs. From here you have a top view of the "Wharf", lighthouse and the sea and you can enjoy the setting sun. On the other side of the living room you will find the television corner with relaxation chair, sofa bed (2 people sleep on the sofa bed) and you have access to the balcony on the south side.
 
The apartment has its own storage room, ideal for your bicycles or beach equipment.
 
A high chair and cot are available as standard.
 
Upon arrival you will receive 1 digital "parking permit" for the license plate number you specified (1 car). This allows you to park in public parking spaces in designated zones. Due to the new digital parking system, you must provide us with your car registration number before arrival! Please note: paid parking applies in Egmond aan Zee!
