Our well-maintained and very beautiful vacation rental offers 40 square meters of space for 2 people and is located in a new building constructed in 2004 in Norddeich; however, it has NO BALCONY and is on the 2nd floor.

The vacation rental is furnished in a very modern and cozy style, so you can really feel at home during your vacation.
This stylish vacation rental is located about 1.5 km from the beach, in a central yet quiet area of Norddeich.

Our vacation rental includes access to a terrace (located downstairs) in the outdoor area, which you’re welcome to use to enjoy the peace and quiet.

The living-kitchen area features a cozy sofa that can also serve as a sleeping area for one child.

The kitchen is fully equipped and includes an electric stove with oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, and a refrigerator with freezer compartment.
This allows you to enjoy your meals right in the living-kitchen area.
The living area features a satellite TV and a radio.

The 160 x 200m double bed in the bedroom and a wardrobe for your clothes ensure cozy and restful nights.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.
A hair dryer is provided.

We are also happy to provide towels for 10€ per person per stay.

If needed, a travel crib and high chair can be provided free of charge.
All apartments in the building are non-smoking vacation rentals.
A parking space directly at the building and guest Wi-Fi access are included free of charge.

We offer our guests a pickup service from the train station for a fee of €15
(the €15 fee applies to both arrival and departure)

Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM.




Our house is located in a very quiet residential area in Norddeich and is particularly notable for its central location. It’s only about 1.5 km to the beach and the harbor.
In addition, the seal sanctuary and the Ocean Wave water park with its adjacent water park are just 700 m away. Doctors, a pharmacy, and a Netto supermarket are all within a 500-meter radius. The town of Norden, with its many shopping options and restaurants, is just 2 km away.
The Norddeich Mole train station marks the end of the rail line. It is located right in the harbor of Norddeich. From here, ferries will take you quickly to the East Frisian islands of Norderney and Juist. The island of Norderney in particular—which, like Juist, is visible from the mainland—is a very popular destination for day trips.
Boat trips are also delightful, for example to the seal colonies or along the North Sea coast. The natural surroundings here are the highlight of any family vacation. A trip to Norddeich has its own charm in every season.
Children’s Playhouse: Norddeich offers families many attractions—including the children’s playhouse at Wellenpark.
Here, kids can slide, run around, and climb on two levels. Tube slides invite them to glide right through.
