The newly built Haffresidenz is located in one of the quietest areas of the Baltic Sea island of Usedom, right next to the Stettiner Haff Nature Park.

Gently surrounded by fragrant pine forests, expansive cliffs, and mysterious moors, your vacation begins right in the heart of nature.

Nature lovers are welcome guests and enjoy the many protected natural areas that Usedom has to offer. In addition to well-known towns such as the imperial spa town of Heringsdorf or the seaside spa town of Ahlbeck, the island is home to many romantic towns and village communities where you can wind down the evening at one of the charming seafood restaurants. During the day, in addition to nature, the island offers a variety of sports and cultural activities, such as golf, water sports, and interesting museums.

Usedom’s fine-sand Baltic Sea beach can be reached via the well-known imperial spas, which are eight kilometers away and a maximum of 15 minutes by car from us. The Korswandt golf course is 5 kilometers away.

The quaint fishing village of Kamminke, with its beach on the lagoon coast, is right nearby. We highly recommend the open-air restaurant at the harbor for its excellent seafood and a spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

With 61 m² of living space, this modernly furnished vacation apartment offers plenty of room for three adults and one child up to 14 years old to enjoy a relaxing vacation on the Szczecin Lagoon on Usedom.

This spacious vacation apartment is located on the first floor (elevator available) of Building No. 4, built in 2023, and features many accessibility-friendly amenities.

The open-concept living area is equipped with a cozy sofa, a smart TV, and a Sonos soundbar. The living room opens onto a south-facing balcony. The balcony, furnished with seating, offers stunning views of the park and is a wonderful place to enjoy your meals and admire the scenery.

The kitchenette features high-quality appliances, including a stove, an oven with an integrated microwave, a 2-burner induction cooktop, a drip coffee maker, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a Nespresso machine with a milk frother, and a dishwasher. Ample dishes, cutlery, and pots and pans are stored in the cabinets. Gather around the dining table for breakfast together before a relaxing day of vacation.

A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed in the high-quality double bed (180 x 200 cm), complete with another smart TV. From the bedroom, you have another entrance to the sunny balcony. The sofa bed in the living room can be converted into a bed in no time at all (sleeping surface 160 x 200 cm with box spring support). A mattress topper is provided to ensure a comfortable night’s sleep.

The fully equipped bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.

In a cozy corner of the apartment’s spacious entryway, there is a stylish desk that serves as a workspace.

The living room and bedrooms can be completely darkened using exterior blinds. The windows are equipped with insect screens.

Your dog, weighing up to 15 kg, is welcome here. Within the resort, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash out of consideration for other guests. Outside our grounds, wide open fields and meadows offer plenty of space for your dog to run freely and safely. Please remember to register your dog when making your reservation.

A free parking space is available for you in front of the vacation home. Additional parking spaces are available upon request.

A public charging station for electric cars is located within walking distance, 500 meters away.

You can use the Wi-Fi network (max. 16 Mbit/s) free of charge.

A high chair and a crib with an extra mattress are available free of charge. Bedding for the baby crib (pillowcases, sheets, and mattress protector) can be provided upon request for a small fee.

You can store your bicycles safely in the lockable bike storage room.

Far away from the hustle and bustle and the crowds at public wellness facilities, you’ll find the peace and quiet you deserve in the 190 m² attic of the house. Relax in the hotel’s own, complimentary wellness area featuring three saunas. Enjoy the crisp Baltic Sea air on the large adjoining rooftop terrace.

In the basement, two washing machines and two dryers are available for all guests to use free of charge.

When the weather is nice, your children can play to their hearts’ content on the newly designed playground. The playground offers a variety of play equipment suitable for children of different ages and invites them to play, climb, and explore to their heart’s content. Meanwhile, parents can relax and enjoy the sunny atmosphere. A perfect place for fun and exercise in the fresh air!

Information for guests with limited mobility: Access from the parking lot to the front door is barrier-free. The front door is 100 cm wide. The door threshold is approximately 1.5 cm high. The elevator in the stairwell serves every floor, including the recreational areas in the basement and the sauna area on the upper floor. The elevator door is 90 cm wide and 130 cm deep. The apartment door is 90 cm wide. The widths of the room doors are 80 cm (exception: the storage closet door is 70 cm wide). In the bathroom, the shower door is 70 cm wide, and the threshold is approximately 0.5 cm high. A shower stool can be provided free of charge upon request. The sink is not wheelchair-accessible. There are no grab bars. The bed is 60 cm high and is not wheelchair-accessible. The balcony door is double-leaf and has a threshold of approximately 15 cm (not accessible). The sliding fly screen attached to the balcony door allows the door to open to a width of approximately 70 cm. The recreational areas in the basement are completely accessible. The door widths are 90 cm. In the attic, there is a wheelchair-accessible sauna; the door width is 90 cm. To access the rooftop terraces, you must navigate two steps.
