We’ve made a big dream come true and, after a complete renovation, have created a beautiful and welcoming vacation home for you in a quiet location in Friedrichskoog on the North Sea. A home that invites you to relax and unwind, located right on the dike. Come to the house of tranquility.

We look forward to welcoming you. The house is 77 m² and is rented to a maximum of 5 people.

It is family-friendly and strictly non-smoking; please no pets.

The layout includes an open-concept living and dining area with a high-quality built-in kitchen, as well as one small and one large bedroom, 2 hallways, an utility room, and a beautiful bathroom, which has been stylishly tiled and is equipped with a walk-in shower.

When you step out the front door, it’s just a few steps to the top of the dike. From the top of the dike, you’ll enjoy a breathtaking view of the North Sea foreland stretching out before you and the endless expanse in every direction. A fresh breeze is always part of the North Sea experience, but the sunsets are a true spectacle and simply beautiful.

The main beach is only about 600 meters away, where you’ll also find many restaurants, ice cream shops, stores, and a bike rental service. In the Deichpassage, you’ll find the tourist information office, where you’ll want to pay the visitor’s tax on your first day. You’re also welcome to ask the tourist information office about excursion options or check the brochures provided for you. The spa center with its wellness area is also nearby. Shopping options can be found on Koogstraße and Hafenstraße, e.g.: Rewe supermarket, Sparkasse bank, Krabben Pharmacy, Edeka supermarket, and a post office with a Postbank branch, as well as a local butcher shop across the street. You’ll also find restaurants there, an indoor arcade called “Willi Wal,” and the seal sanctuary.

Since you’re here in beautiful Dithmarschen and everything is quite spread out, we’d like to point out that you’ll need a car to get around.

Amenities: large driveway with garage, guest Wi-Fi, satellite TV with 2 flat-screen TVs, dishwasher, glass-ceramic stove with oven, 2 coffee makers, electric kettle, complete set of dishes, pots, and cooking utensils, blender, hand blender, microwave, refrigerator with 2 freezer compartments, toaster, vegetable slicer, washing machine, heat pump dryer, ironing board, iron, hair dryer, child-sized toilet seat, travel crib, patio furniture, vacuum cleaner & seating set + 2 lounge chairs for the patio, barbecue facilities. An all-around very well-equipped house.

A security deposit of 150€ is required; please transfer this amount along with the final payment!

Check-in is from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m., and check-out is from 12:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
