The social hub of the house is the accessible first floor: a bright, spacious area with numerous exits to the garden. Here, the indoor and outdoor spaces blend seamlessly, allowing you to gather flexibly indoors or outdoors depending on the weather and your mood.
Whether it’s sharing a meal, lively conversations, or creative gatherings—this space invites you to share special moments together.
The perfect ambiance is guaranteed: a state-of-the-art kitchen, stylish tableware, and everything you need to set a festive table. This turns every occasion—from a cozy dinner to a larger celebration—into an unforgettable experience.

Being close to horses here is an experience for all the senses., Whether you’re watching the paddock, observing riding lessons, or listening to the sound of hooves—horses will be a special part of your vacation. Even non-riders enjoy this authentic country atmosphere: country life up close, relaxed, and unspoiled.
Children have the opportunity to take riding lessons. These must be booked and arranged well in advance.
A very special offering is therapeutic riding for children ages 5 and up on specially trained horses
Vacation with your dog—securely fenced, surrounded by nature
The rear property is an idyllic retreat: fenced 1.50 meters high, with a small bridge over the stream and stylish indoor and outdoor furniture. Here, safety, comfort, and nature come together in a special way.
This is a real highlight, especially for guests with dogs: Four-legged friends can roam freely and safely while their owners relax. You can set out on walks in the surrounding area right from your front door.
Up to three dogs are welcome. We simply ask that you not disturb the horses so that all guests can feel comfortable.

Nature Meets Yoga
A place for new ideas, inner peace, and shared experiences: Work in a vacation-like atmosphere, hold small-group workshops, or take mindful breaks with yoga and meditation—a 54 m² light-filled room is available for these activities.
The large windows offer a view of nature and the horse pastures. This special setting encourages you to slow down and practice mindfulness, creating space for body and mind to find harmony.
Upon request, we’d be happy to assist you and put you in touch with an experienced yoga instructor.

Out of consideration for the horses, fireworks are not permitted in this vacation home.

Ms. Miriam Hammer works with children who have developmental challenges, ADHD, and autism spectrum disorders, for example. She works with trained Icelandic horses both in the covered riding arena and out in the open.

We are very pleased to welcome you and wish you a relaxing stay!

As a special offer, if you book exclusively during the middle of the week (Monday through Friday, at least 3 nights), you’ll receive a 20% discount on the rental rate. This offer is also valid during the summer months.

To ensure everything goes smoothly, here is the most important information for you:

Arrival & Departure

Check-in from 4:00 p.m.
Check-out by 10:00 a.m.
Access via key safe—you’ll receive the PIN via email 3 days before arrival
Depending on availability and feasibility, you have the option to book an early check-in (check-in starting at 8:00 a.m.) and/or a late check-out (check-out by 6:00 p.m.) in advance. You can select these additional services directly on our website. If you’re booking through a booking portal and would like to do so, please let us know.

Security deposit
The accommodation requires a security deposit of 350 €. This is typically released and refunded within 3 to 10 business days after check-out.

Pets

By prior arrangement: €35 per dog (max. 3 dogs)
For Airbnb bookings, a separate fee applies for each dog beyond the first
Please do not allow dogs on the furniture or in the bed
