The Hartelk apartment over 2 floors is located in the Friesenhaus Rotstigh. This apartment has approx. 95 m2 and is suitable for 5 people.
The Friesenhaus Rotstigh houses two apartments of approx. 100 m², a north apartment (Hartelk) and a south apartment (Welkimmen).
Both apartments have their own entrance. They can be used independently of each other.
If necessary, both apartments can be lived in together. There is a connecting door between the apartments inside.
In this way, Haus Rotstigh offers space for large families (with several generations) or for groups of up to eleven people.
The entire area covers a generous 900 m².

Location:
The Friesenhaus Rotstigh is centrally yet quietly located in the idyllic Frisian village of Nebel, opposite the church of St. Clemens.
Shopping, restaurants and cafés are - even in the winter months - only a stone's throw away.
The beach (approx. 2 km away) is easily accessible via beautiful cycle paths that lead through the forest and dunes.
The Wadden Sea is only 200 m away.

Information about the house:
The Friesenhaus Rotstigh is one of the few surviving North Frisian stud houses: a listed, thatched house built in the first half of the 18th century.
While preserving this architectural feature, the Rotstigh was completely restored, modernised and furnished between 2012 and 2014. Requirements of monument protection as well as ecological aspects were taken into account.
