The Welkimmen vacation rental, spread over two floors, is located in the Friesenhaus Rotstigh. This apartment is approximately 105 m² and can accommodate 6 people.
The Friesenhaus Rotstigh houses two apartments, each approximately 100 m² in size: a north-facing apartment (Hartelk) and a south-facing apartment (Welkimmen).
Both apartments have their own entrance. They can be used independently of one another.
If desired, both apartments can be occupied together. There is an interior connecting door between the apartments.
This allows Haus Rotstigh to accommodate large families (spanning multiple generations) or groups of up to eleven people.
The entire property covers a generous 900 m².

Location:
The Friesenhaus Rotstigh is centrally located yet quiet in the idyllic Frisian village of Nebel, across from St. Clemens Church.
Shops, restaurants, and cafés are just a stone’s throw away—even during the winter months.
The beach (about 2 km away) is easily accessible via beautiful bike paths that lead through the forest and the dunes.
The Wadden Sea is only 200 m away.

Information about the house:
The Friesenhaus Rotstigh is one of the few surviving North Frisian post-and-beam houses: a historically protected, thatched-roof house built in the first half of the 18th century.
While preserving this architectural feature, the Rotstigh was completely restored, modernized, and furnished between 2012 and 2014. In the process, both historic preservation guidelines and environmental considerations were taken into account.
