We are pleased to offer you a cozy 2-room vacation apartment (No. 22) measuring approximately 62 m² for 2–4 people in the Am Strauchelfeld residential complex.
The vacation apartment is located in the southern part of Koserow, in a very central location, just about 800 m from the Baltic Sea beach. The low-density, set-back development offers plenty of greenery and tranquility in the surrounding area. From some vantage points, you can see the Achterwasser.



In Building No. 4, we rent out vacation apartments 22 & 24.

We ask for your cooperation in conserving energy (heating, electricity, water) to help protect the climate and conserve resources.

Apartment 22, Rudisch, 1st floor, 2 rooms, Koserow:

Vacation rental for 2–4 people (approx. 62 m²) on the 1st floor with living and dining room, bedroom, kitchen, bathroom, and 2 balconies.



• Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment.

• Charging rechargeable batteries (e.g., for electric bicycles) is permitted only under constant supervision and with someone present (fire and explosion hazard).

• Children’s playground on the residential complex’s property

• 1 parking space for 1 car (No. 31) on the residential complex’s property





• Two simple bicycles (1 women’s bike, 26-inch; 1 men’s bike, 28-inch) are available for guests to use free of charge in the apartment building’s basement (their functionality is not guaranteed)




• Bed linens and towels can be rented separately or must be brought by the guests. Price per set of linens: €15.00.

• Guests may use DSL Internet access via Wi-Fi free of charge. This is a voluntary additional service and therefore not a feature of the vacation rental guaranteed under travel law. Accordingly, a rent reduction cannot be claimed in the event of a failure of the system or parts thereof, or of a router.

• Fully equipped kitchen with stove, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, electric kettle, egg cooker, plenty of dishes, and a dining area

• Bedroom with a double bed for 2 people and a wardrobe. Dresser, clock radio, and access to the balcony.

• Bathroom with window, toilet, shower, and towel-drying radiator.

• The bathroom and kitchen have tile floors. The living room, hallway, and bedroom have laminate flooring.




• The balcony off the living room faces south and is furnished with patio chairs and a table.



Check-in is available from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., and check-out is from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
