The house was great but there are four new homes under construction right next to this house. The beach was just ok. The nine hole golf course was in very good condition and a fun and decent track. Nice community pool my grand kids loved. Overall very nice home and a good overall stay.

Pictures are deceiving. There are now houses being built right in front of this house. The water view is limited. The house was very well laid out for our group of 9. Missing a lot of supplies in the kitchen however. The house was extremely clean and felt brand new.

Amazing house with great views!

The home was perfect for 3 couples and 3 small kids. Everyone had plenty of space and every floor had a living room + en suite bathrooms. The house was very clean and well stocked. The views from the balconies were amazing. The beds were also very comfortable.

Lovely property, great location. Lots of construction noise when we were there. Grill needs some love, and need to provide a lighter or matches to start it because we couldn’t find either. Tinfoil taped over interior transom window in one bath; that was weird. Great layout. Pre stay communication a tad slow and mildly inaccurate. Could use an actual bed blanket for the bedrooms. Overall very good property.

Beautiful Beach Home

This was our fourth annual family beach vacation to Port Aransas TX and the 3rd Coast Vibes home delivered on everything we needed for our large family. The location of the home was super close to the beach boardwalk and provided amazing views of the gulf coast from the second and third floors. Resort amenities were also nearby with a small park across the street and pools just a few blocks away. We especially liked the public parking lot right next to the house as we had 4 cars total in our group and it would've been really tight with just the driveway parking. The rooms were large, and the living areas/kitchen were spacious and well appointed which especially came in handy when the morning storms passed through and we were able to comfortably hang out as a family inside. The only thing to note, nearby house construction might be ongoing during the weekdays, however it was non-existent on the weekend. Overall this home was just what we needed to have a very enjoyable beach stay and it over-delivered on our expectations!

Awesome Family Vacay

We had a family of four, 2 adults, 2 kids and both sets of Grandparents! This house was perfect. 5 bedrooms and plenty of space. The location to the beach boardwalk was very convenient and we were equal distance to noth pools. The house was impeccably clean and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed the beach and a round of golf! We would definitely choose 3rd Coast Vibes again!

This beautiful beach home was very clean and comfortable. We rented a golf cart even though we were very close to the beach and pools. Gorgeous ocean view from the top floor. Second floor bedrooms open up to the balcony. Gas grill is conveniently hooked up to a gas line. We cooked dinner and breakfast and had almost everything we needed. There are 2 washer dryer combos but they take 4 or 5 hrs to complete one load of laundry. We had a few minor issues but Vacasa was very quick to respond and remedy each one. We would 100% stay here again!
