The 45 m² apartment on the first floor is located in the gated community “Hauts de Vaugrenier” and offers a bright, modern atmosphere with a spacious bedroom, a cozy living-dining room with an open kitchen, a bathroom and separate toilet, as well as a lovely balcony with a view of the greenery.
The apartment is fully equipped and features air conditioning to ensure comfortable temperatures. A comfortable pull-out couch in the living room can accommodate up to 2 additional guests.
A swimming pool with a separate children’s area is just a 3-minute walk away, and the nearest beach is a 10-minute drive away.
The apartment is located in an exclusive complex nestled within a 130-hectare Mediterranean park with various amenities such as a restaurant, café, supermarket, tennis court, children’s playground, walking trails, and much more.

It’s an ideal starting point for excursions in the surrounding area, whether to the nearby beaches, for hiking in the countryside, or for exploring towns such as Antibes, Nice, Cannes, St. Paul de Vence, Grasse, and more.
