The Space:

Located in a peaceful, tree-lined setting, this SINGLE LEVEL home is designed to make your Branson getaway comfortable and easy. With FOUR KING BEDROOMS, each with its own PRIVATE BATHROOM, everyone in your group can have their own space while still enjoying plenty of room to gather together.



As you enter, you’ll find an open-concept living area that makes it easy for everyone to stay connected. The kitchen is stocked with the cookware and essentials you’ll need to prepare a meal, while the large dining area gives your group plenty of space to enjoy a home-cooked dinner, grab some takeout, or gather around the table for a family game night.



The living room is made for relaxing, with EXTRA LARGE, COMFORTABLE SOFA featuring RECLINERS and a gas FIREPLACE for cozy evenings after a day out exploring Branson. A wet bar with a mini fridge provides a convenient place to keep extra drinks and snacks.



From the living area, step outside onto the SECLUDED BACK DECK surrounded by trees. It’s a great spot to enjoy your morning coffee, unwind with a drink in the evening, or simply take in the peaceful Ozark surroundings.

The bedrooms are located on opposite sides of the main living area, with two bedrooms on each side. Each of the four bedrooms features a king bed, private ensuite bathroom, and tiled walk-in shower, giving everyone in your group a comfortable and convenient setup.



You’ll also find a washer and dryer in the home, along with complimentary laundry detergent for your stay.

Getting Around:

Heading out to enjoy all the adventures that Branson has to offer is ideal from this location! This home is located just a few minutes from the HWY 76 Strip, Branson's entertainment district! Explore the wonder of the Wax Museum, Ripley's Believe It or Not, WonderWorks science museum, or the Aquarium at the Boardwalk! You could choose to go up on the Ferris wheel (brought in from Chicago's Navy Pier) or experience one of the many Branson shows! Outlet shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall, antiquing, go-carting, and mini-golf are other favorites and everyone should experience Andy's Frozen Custard after a delicious dinner of local barbeque at Gettin' Basted or Danna's!



The Branson Landing offers another plethora of activities and is only 10 minutes away! There are a multitude of great restaurants including Saltgrass for a great steak or The Fish House sitting right on Lake Taneycomo! Walk through Bass Pro Shop, the gold standard for any type of outdoor gear, let the kids feed the ducks down by the water, or enjoy the fire and water show from the outdoor amphitheater!



Silver Dollar City is one of Branson’s biggest attractions and is only 20 minutes away! SDC is an 1880's themed amusement park with amazing roller coasters, live shows, cave tours, and a multitude of craftsmen who offer live demonstrations on welding, glass blowing, candy making, wood carving, and so much more! Don't forget to try one of the delicious funnel cakes before you leave!



More options of fun things to do on Table Rock Lake! Chateau on the Lake's Marina and the State Park Marina are 25 minutes away, where renting a boat or jet skis should be high on your list to experience the beauty of the Ozarks from the water! Several places around town also offer canoeing, kayaking, paddle boarding, or even fishing tours! There will be no shortage of things to do when you come experience the vacation life in Branson, Missouri!

We reserve the right to immediately terminate the stay if any guest(s) engage in such activities. If this policy is violated, the guest who booked the stay acknowledges and agrees he or she is subject to an immediate fine of $1000 USD, along with any property damages, and eviction. Guests forfeits their stay and will not be permitted to return to the property if there is any evidence of cannabis use on the premises.

We want to give you your own space and privacy, so we have keyless entry and you will be able to check yourselves in on the day of your arrival. But we do live here Branson and will be available for anything that you may need!
