The built, modernly furnished apartment has a size of approx. 65 sqm and is equipped with selected style elements. It offers space for 2 to 4 adults and 1 toddler up to 3 years in a children's travel bed. The allergy-friendly non-smoking apartment is located on the upper floor. The apartment has a balcony with seating and parasol with a view of the coastal forest. A barbecue area is located in the garden area. The living area is equipped with a comfortable corner couch (leather), coffee table; reading lamp and sideboard. Entertainment options in the evenings or in bad weather include a smart TV, Blu-Ray player and a compact hi-fi system with CD and USB connection. You also don't have to do without an Internet connection (WLAN). This is included. A fireplace for cozy warmth rounds off the cosiness. Firewood is not included. The fully equipped kitchenette with ceramic hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, various kitchen utensils is completed by the dining area at the panoramic window. One of the 2 bedrooms is equipped with a double bed (1.80m x 2.00m), bedside shelves and a spacious wardrobe. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90m x 2.00m), bedside shelves and a wardrobe as well as an LCD TV. The bedrooms are equipped with a modern vinyl covering and can be darkened for a comfortable sleep, and they are also equipped with insect screens. Tiles have been laid in all other rooms. The underfloor heating installed throughout the house provides pleasant warmth. The daylight bathroom is rounded off by a flat shower tray, a washbasin, a toilet, hairdryer and a heated towel rail. The guest toilet has also been equipped with a heated towel dryer. For our little guests, 1x high chair is included. Pets are not allowed. A car parking space is located on the property. You can store your own bicycles in the hotel's own storage room. You can book the initial equipment of a linen package (complete bed linen, 1 shower towel, 1 small towel) up to 14 days before arrival for an extra charge or supplement it with your own. From 2 booked packages, you will receive 1 dish towel and 1 shower mat once.



The built holiday home Igelbau with its 2 holiday apartments is located in a quiet location in a cul-de-sac in the Baltic Sea resort of Baabe. Facing south, the property is located on the edge of the forest and invites you to go hiking and cycling. Storage facilities for bicycles are available. The beach can be reached in 8 to 10 minutes on foot (700 m). Due to the central location, the shopping facilities can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The same applies to activities with the Rasender Roland, the famous museum railway and the bus service. 1.5 km away is the Ahoi!, a large leisure and family pool with sauna area.




Arrival is possible from 16:00 to 18:00 and departure from 07:00 to 10:00.
