This wonderfully bright and open-concept 2-room apartment in Scharbeutz is located on the 1st floor with a southeast-facing balcony in the "Strandglück" complex Building C, just steps from the beach.
The apartment is easily accessible by elevator and features an inviting, modern interior. The living area features a cozy sleeper sofa (1.50 x 2.00 m) that can accommodate two children or one adult. There is also a TV here.
A dining area for 4 people adjoins the living area, and the built-in kitchenette is just a short walk away. It is equipped with a 4-burner induction cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer. Kitchen appliances such as a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, and egg cooker are also provided.
From the southeast-facing balcony with an awning, you can practically hear the sound of the sea, as the beach is just 100 meters away.
The separate bedroom features a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) and a second TV. A modern bathroom with a shower, toilet, and washing machine rounds out the comfortable amenities. An underground parking space is available for guests (the maximum clearance height of the garage is 1.98 m). Bicycle parking is available behind the house.
Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. One dog is welcome. This is a non-smoking apartment.

The elevator provides convenient access to the modern two- and three-room apartments with views of the spa park or the Baltic Sea. The apartments are located directly across from the spa park, just a few steps from the pedestrian zone. Cozy cafes, restaurants, charming boutiques, the beautiful pier, and the beautifully landscaped “Dünenmeile” invite you to stroll and linger. Unfortunately, the building does not have a bicycle storage room! Outdoor parking spaces or underground parking spaces are available. The clearance height of the underground garage is 1.90 m!!!
