This beautiful vacation rental, located near the beach and offering ocean views, is suitable for 4 people. It spans two floors, the 3rd and 4th, and is accessible by elevator. The town center and the promenade, with its many shops and restaurants, are right on your doorstep.
Elegantly furnished and spanning 60 m², the vacation apartment has everything you need for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation.
On the lower level is the living area with seating for relaxing, as well as a dining area that’s perfect for sharing meals or game nights. Adjacent to this is the kitchenette, which is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, filter coffee maker, and a Senseo coffee machine for your convenience. From this room, you can also step out onto the south-facing balcony, where you can make yourself comfortable with a view of the sea while the awning is extended. A guest restroom is also adjacent to the living area. .
A spiral staircase leads up to the loft, where there is a double bed measuring 1.80 x 2.0 m. The ocean view can also be enjoyed from here. The second bedroom can be closed off with a door and features two single beds measuring 0.90 x 2.0 m, which can also be easily pushed together. Both bedrooms are equipped with a TV.
The bathroom is also located here. It is equipped with a shower, bidet, heated towel rack, and a window that provides light and fresh air.
Wi-Fi is available in the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment. One dog is welcome.

The vacation complex is located near the beach in a traffic-calmed zone and is ideal for family vacations. Just a few steps away, you’ll find the beautiful Dünenmeile with its boutiques and cafes, the spa gardens, and the tennis courts. You can easily reach the apartments by elevator. An underground parking garage is available for guests in the building. A washing machine and dryer are located in the basement; use is available for a fee.
