Family-friendly apartment to feel good with flair and a large balcony

Newly renovated in April 2024 and exclusively furnished, this vacation apartment impresses with its lovingly designed furnishings and its quiet yet central location.

Our bright 85 sqm vacation apartment is located on the 1st floor of a three-family house. It can accommodate a maximum of 6 people and one child (with a cot), including pets. A parking space in the carport in front of the house is available.

Two bedrooms ensure a restful sleep. The first bedroom is furnished with a 1.80 x 2.00 m box spring bed and a smart TV. The second bedroom also has a 1.80 x 2.00 m double bed with a comfortable seating and reading area. This bedroom also opens onto the balcony. A travel cot with an aloe vera comfort mattress, duvet with pillows, and cozy children's bedding, as well as a bedside lamp and stuffed animal, is also available upon request. There's also a small seating and play area with various games, coloring books, and crayons for the little ones. Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe with generous storage space. Bed linen is provided. Both rooms can be darkened with blinds.

The bright living room features a pull-out sofa bed, which can sleep two additional people. A wood-burning stove provides cozy warmth and a romantic ambiance. Firewood is provided free of charge. Another large smart TV is located here. On both TVs, you can receive all common channels in HD, as well as watch free films and series via Netflix or Paramount+. A correspondingly fast DSL connection with free Wi-Fi is also available. The coffee table can be folded out so you can also work on your laptop from here.

In the kitchen, you will be greeted with a bottle of Franconian wine and mineral water. You will cook in a large, fully equipped kitchen (electric stove with ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, and refrigerator with freezer compartment). A new DeLonghi fully automatic coffee machine, along with coffee beans, is of course at your disposal.

In addition to the extensive basic kitchen equipment, you will find many other utensils: a juicer, toaster, kettle, etc. Spices, vinegar, oil, sugar, pepper, salt, baking paper, aluminum foil, tea towels, dishwasher tablets, dishcloths, garbage bags, tea, and much more.
You can enjoy your prepared meals at the cozy dining area with an extendable table, 6 chairs, and a high chair for your toddler (if needed). A small stereo system (Alexa) provides background music.

The bathroom has two small windows, a bathtub with a shower enclosure, a marble countertop with a sink and toilet, a hairdryer, and a large closet for storage. Sufficient towels are provided for all guests. A step is provided for our younger guests to access the sink. A potty is available for the very young. If you've forgotten any toiletries, we've put together a small selection of essentials for you.

The large balcony is located on the south side of the house, allowing you to enjoy the sun until the evening hours with two large parasols. From here, you have a view of the house's garden and can comfortably end the evening, far away from all the noise. Seating with cushions for four people is available.

Pets are always welcome. Your four-legged friends will also be taken care of here. Food bowls for large and small, sleeping areas with baskets and dog beds, and toys are also provided.

Four bicycles are available free of charge for exploring the surrounding area.

A voucher book (gourmet book) for dining and leisure activities is also available in the apartment and can be used! The 2-for-1 principle applies to all dining and leisure activities, so if two people visit, you get the second main course or the second entry free. Highly recommended for families! There is also a washing machine in the basement for use, and laundry detergent is provided free of charge.

Langenzenn is a town with an impressive history, idyllically situated amidst a charming landscape with many hiking and biking trails. The town center (just a few minutes' walk away) is particularly worth seeing, with its magnificent ensemble of buildings such as the old hospital, the monastery complex with the town church, and the newly built cultural courtyard. Car:
The B8/Südwesttangente federal highway provides easy access to the motorways.
The Nuremberg Exhibition Center can be reached by car in 25 minutes; distance is 24 km.

Train:
The Zenngrundbahn (Zenngrundbahn) runs every hour to the train stations in Fürth and Nuremberg and can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.

Bus:
The community bus (Bübla) runs several times a day to the districts; a timetable is available in the apartment. A night bus takes night owls home after pub crawls or cultural tours in Nuremberg or Fürth.

Airport:
Nuremberg Airport, with connections to various European cities, can be reached by car in about 30 minutes.
