We found the Gibbs property to be top notch. We had three couples sharing the property and it was so nice to have each of us to have her own bathroom with each of the bedrooms. We did find the kitchen to be rather tight to maneuver around in, but it was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Was a treat to be right off the river and having the three season porch to enjoy that. Also, we took advantage of the nearby hiking path and enjoyed that greatly.

Awesome condo! Very clean! Had a great amount of towels and extra supplies. Toilet paper and paper towels were actually good quality, which you don't see very often! Would definitely stay again!

Fabulous condo for 6 adults. Perfect location next to the lake. The enclosed deck is a favorite relaxing spot. Close enough to all downtown activities. The condo had everything we needed

Beautiful property. Very quiet area. The lake was down a path which made it easier to fish. Very clean condo and they provided everything a guest might need. The only draw back was that we did not know you had to have a trout tag and couldn't use live bait. Otherwise it was perfect.

Great condo and neighborhood. We golfed, fished, swam, hiked and ate at the grill. Host was very easy to communicate with and extended our stay an extra day. Condo was clean and comfy for entire family.

We loved staying here. We really appreciated the extra attention to such things as the plush bath towels, charmin tissue, extra paper towels, laundry detergent and the salt and pepper. The screened in back porch with a view of Lake Taneycomo was awesome!!

We loved that it was so peaceful and we never heard anything from neighbors unless we were on the back porch. Thee lake view was better than expected and it was nice to see people out fishing or riding by on boats. The only item that could have been better is the cleanliness of the overhead vents in the bathrooms. Otherwise everything was great. We were very glad that there were fans in each room to help us keep cool and we were glad there was an extra fan in the master bedroom closet. There was even a supply of beach towels to use. There is a trail head across the parking lot from the unit. It closes after any amount of rain, so make sure to do that before rain happens.

Our stay was perfect. The condo was in excellent condition and had everything we needed. It's our favorite location in Pointe Royale - great view of Lake Tanycomo from the screened porch.

The condo was so clean and comfortable! It had everything that we needed PLUS the gorgeous views! We enjoyed quick access to the lake and the walking trail! The neighborhood is so safe and clean! We will definitely stay here again!

This place was perfect for my two friends and I. When we weren’t out and about, we were on the back patio enjoying the sounds of nature while watching the river run and reading.

Beautiful setting; we had 5 in our group & loved having 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms.

Great Stay!

Very clean condo, well supplied kitchen with everything we needed to cook 3 meals a day, great location, we enjoyed everything about our stay and look forward to returning again!
