Welcome to the Struberberg Vacation Apartments. Our two vacation apartments are located in beautiful Bischofswiesen, on the edge of the Berchtesgaden Alps. The apartments, located in the Strub neighborhood, offer wonderful views of the legendary Untersberg and Kehlstein, home to the “Eagle’s Nest.” There’s a bus stop right in front of the house, and with your guest card, you can ride the public bus for free. This makes it easy to take day trips—for example, to the center of Berchtesgaden, the Watzmanntherme spa, the Obersalzberg Documentation Center, or to Salzburg—without needing a car. Many starting points for hikes in the mountains are also connected to the bus network. The DAV Berchtesgaden Climbing Center is within walking distance. With the neighboring climbing school, you can go on climbing tours and tackle via ferratas.
Welcome to the Gretel vacation apartment. Small but cozy: Our Gretel vacation apartment on the 1st floor is furnished for 1–2 people and features a living/sleeping area with a double bed (bed linens included), an armchair, a TV, a wardrobe, and a coat rack. Adjacent to this is the kitchen, featuring a cozy corner seating area and a fully equipped mini-kitchen with an oven and refrigerator. A storage closet provides space for items such as suitcases, climbing gear, and other luggage. The spacious bathroom features a shower/tub combination; towels are included. The highlight of this cozy apartment is the large balcony with seating, from which you can admire the sunset behind the mountain peaks. A rollaway bed for babies is available upon request. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible and is equipped with allergy-friendly flooring (bouclé carpet, vinyl, tiles). Unfortunately, pets are not allowed in the apartment. This is a non-smoking apartment.
