The newly built Haffresidenz is located in one of the quietest areas of the Baltic Sea island of Usedom, right next to the Stettiner Haff Nature Park.

Gently embraced by fragrant pine forests, sweeping cliff landscapes, and mysterious moors, your vacation begins right in the heart of nature.

Nature lovers are welcome guests and enjoy the many protected landscapes that Usedom has to offer. In addition to well-known towns such as the imperial spa town of Heringsdorf and the seaside spa town of Ahlbeck, the island is home to many romantic towns and village communities where you can round out the evening at one of the charming seafood restaurants. During the day, in addition to nature, the island offers a variety of sports and cultural activities, such as golf, water sports, and interesting museums.

The fine-sand Baltic Sea beach on Usedom can be reached via the well-known imperial spas, which are eight kilometers away—a maximum of 15 minutes by car from us. The Korswandt golf course is 5 kilometers away.

The quaint fishing village of Kamminke, with its beach on the lagoon coast, is right nearby. We highly recommend the open-air restaurant at the harbor for its excellent seafood and a spot to enjoy breathtaking sunsets.

Welcome to the Seeglück Terrace Apartment (3a.1). 

With 79 m² of living space, this modernly furnished vacation apartment offers plenty of room for four adults and one toddler up to two years old (in a crib) in this modernly furnished vacation apartment, offering plenty of space for a relaxing vacation on the Szczecin Lagoon on Usedom.

This spacious vacation apartment is located on the first floor (elevator available) of Building 3a, built in 2023, and features many accessible amenities.

The open-concept living area is furnished with a sofa, two armchairs, and a smart TV. From the living room, you have access to the southeast-facing terrace. Enjoy your meals on the furnished terrace with stunning views of the garden.

The kitchenette features high-quality appliances such as a stove, a drip coffee maker, a Nespresso machine, a hand mixer, a milk frother, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a dishwasher. There is plenty of dishware, silverware, and pots and pans in the cabinets. Gather around the dining table for breakfast together before a relaxing day of vacation.

A restful night’s sleep is guaranteed in the high-quality double bed (180 x 200 cm). There is another TV in the bedroom. The second bedroom features a bunk bed that can be converted into two single beds (each 90 x 200 cm, height approximately 25 cm) if needed. 

The fully equipped bathroom features a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, and hair dryer.

The living room and bedrooms can be completely darkened using exterior blinds. The windows are equipped with insect screens.

Your dog, weighing up to 15 kg, is welcome here. Within the resort and on the apartment terrace, we ask that you keep your dog on a leash out of consideration for other guests. Outside our property, wide-open fields and meadows offer plenty of space for your dog to run freely and safely. Please remember to include your dog when making your reservation.

A free parking space is available for you in front of the vacation home. Additional parking spaces are available upon request.

A public charging station for electric cars is located within walking distance, 500 meters away.

You can use the Wi-Fi network (max. 100 Mbit/s) free of charge.

Upon request, we can provide a high chair and a travel crib for a fee.

You can securely store your bicycles in the lockable bike room.

Far away from the hustle and bustle and the crowds at public wellness facilities, you’ll find the peace and quiet you deserve in the 190 m² attic of the house. Relax in the hotel’s complimentary wellness area, featuring three saunas and a cozy relaxation room. Enjoy the crisp Baltic Sea air on the large adjoining rooftop terrace.

Your children can look forward to the versatile recreation area (390 m²) in the basement of the neighboring building (No. 3), featuring table tennis, air hockey, a play corner, and a foosball table—which ensures there’s never a dull moment, even on rainy days. Adults can unwind at the pool table or in the cozy lounge corner with a good book or some music.

Active vacationers will find what they’re looking for in the spacious, light-filled fitness room, where the selection of high-quality brand-name exercise equipment—including various cardio machines, a multifunctional weight station, and weight benches, allowing for personalized workouts.

In the basement of the neighboring building, two washing machines and two dryers are available for all guests to use free of charge.

When the weather is nice, your children can play to their heart’s content on the newly designed playground. The playground offers a variety of play equipment suitable for children of different ages and invites them to play, climb, and explore to their heart’s content. Meanwhile, parents can relax and enjoy the sunny atmosphere. A perfect place for fun and exercise in the fresh air!

Information for guests with limited mobility: Access from the parking lot to the front door is barrier-free. The distance from the parking lot to the front door is about 30 meters. The front door is 100 cm wide. The threshold at the front door is about 1.5 cm high. The elevator in the stairwell serves every floor, including the sauna area on the upper floor. The elevator door is 90 cm wide and 130 cm deep. The apartment door is 90 cm wide. The widths of the room doors are 80 cm (exception: the door to the storage closet is 70 cm wide). In the bathroom, the width of the shower entrance is approximately 120 cm (folding shower door). The shower stall measures 120 x 120 cm. A shower stool can be provided free of charge upon request. The sink is wheelchair-accessible. There are no grab bars. The bed in the first bedroom is 50 cm high and is wheelchair-accessible (max. 15 cm). The bunk bed is 50 cm high (when stacked); individually, each bed is 25 cm high and is not wheelchair-accessible. The patio door in the living room is double-leaf and opens to a width of approximately 160 cm. The threshold is approximately 0.5 cm high. The step from the paved patio to the edge of the lawn is approximately 15 cm. The sauna area in the attic is accessible by elevator. The sauna in the attic is wheelchair-accessible; the door is 90 cm wide. Two steps must be negotiated to access the rooftop terraces. The south-facing balcony on the top floor is accessible without barriers. The recreational areas in the basement of the neighboring building are completely barrier-free. The door widths are 90 cm.
