IMPORTANT policies to review BEFORE booking:

* Occupancy Limits: MAX of 28 people allowed on the property at any time (including outside guests).
* Prohibited: Unapproved events, wild parties, indoor smoking or vaping, large weddings (small private ones permitted), big tents, unauthorized guest pets, fireworks (except on approved holidays), ATVs or go-karts (golf carts are allowed), RVs or trailers.
* Quiet Hours: 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
* Pet Policy: Small-to-medium, house-broken dogs are welcome for an extra fee of $50 per dog.
* Check-In / Check-Out Flexibility: Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability for an additional $15 per hour.
* Stay Details: Please inform us of the purpose of your visit prior to booking.
* Property Care: The booking guest is 100% responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning. All property equipment must remain at its assigned building.
*Damage Deposit: A $1,000 damage deposit is required that will be deducted 2 days before arrival and reimbursed 2 days after check-out following inspection of the property.
*Respecting Other Guests: You agree to respect the privacy and boundary of guests booked at the opposit property which begins at the red dumpster.

Situated just steps from the main house's front porch, this expansive 1,150 sq. ft. studio apartment accommodates guests with 6 Twin XL beds and 2 Full beds. The suite includes a full bathroom, kitchenette, dedicated coffee bar, and a relaxed seating area with a sofa and TV. Additionally, an 8-foot folding table and 10 folding chairs are provided for your convenience.
