This is a self-contained residence in a quiet south-facing location that is popular with our holiday guests and buyers. There is a public beach with a snack bar about 400 m away. Worth mentioning are the large, well-kept and free swimming pool with snack bar and changing rooms (approx. 25 m x approx. 12 m, open from approx. mid-June to approx. beginning of September), sun loungers and parasols as well as the tennis courts (each for a fee). The subtropical vegetation, the gigantic unobstructed lake view, the large sun terraces and gardens and the large sunny balconies are beautiful. Most apartments have their own covered parking space within the gated complex. Free guest parking is available outside the residence.
