This spacious and lovingly furnished ground-floor apartment is located on a quiet residential street at Möwenberg 15, about 300 m from the beach.

The 79 square meters of living space are spread over two levels and feature underfloor heating. A spacious layout and the cozy balcony terrace with a beach chair invite you to wind down the evening in comfort.

In the combined living/dining room, you can gather with four people around the modern dining table or watch an exciting movie on the comfortable sofa.

The well-equipped, open kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, glass-ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment offers everything you need to prepare a delicious meal without missing a thing.

Start your day in our fully equipped bathrooms on the first floor and in the basement, each featuring a walk-in shower with a rain showerhead, a towel warmer, and a hair dryer.

For a restful night’s sleep, there are two bedrooms (beds measuring 1.80 x 2.00 m and 1.60 x 2.00 m), each equipped with a TV and located near the second bathroom in the basement.

There is a bicycle storage room in the building, though it is accessible only via a staircase. For e-bikes, we recommend the secluded lawn area that belongs to the apartment, where you can lock them to the balcony railing.
