The apartment features a living room with a sitting and dining area, as well as an open, well-equipped kitchen. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast surrounded by greenery, relax on a lounge chair, or wind down the day with a glass of Lake Constance wine.

The modern, naturally lit bathroom is equipped with a towel warmer. The bedroom features a comfortable double bed (180 x 200 cm), and if needed, an additional sleeping arrangement can be set up in the living room, allowing the apartment to accommodate up to three people.

All windows are equipped with electric roller shutters, and the apartment is easily accessible by elevator. A private parking space is available directly in front of the building. Bicycles can be stored securely in a locked bike shed with an e-bike charging station. A washer and dryer are located in the laundry room in the basement. The town center, with shops for daily necessities, is also just a 5-minute walk away.

One linens package is provided per guest, which includes a shower towel, a regular towel, bed linens, and sheets. The local tourist tax charged by the municipality is billed separately per night and per person.
