The “Atelierhaus” uniquely combines modernity and comfort with magnificent antiques from 1860 and distinctive design details. Spanning two levels and 61 square meters, it offers space for up to three guests.

Adjacent to the living room is the beautiful sunroom, from which you can gaze at the starry sky on clear nights or let your eyes wander over the park-like grounds during the day.

Thanks to the sunroom, the living room itself is not only particularly sunny and bright but also features beautiful hardwood floors. A fireplace provides additional coziness, so you can sit comfortably by the fire even during the colder months. The cozy seating area is just as inviting as the dining area, which seats up to three people. Lovingly arranged details round out the living space.

The modern, country-style kitchen features all the amenities that make cooking a joy, even on vacation. These include a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator (with freezer compartment), coffee maker, electric kettle, and toaster. A dishwasher reliably takes care of the dishes. Of course, dishes, silverware, and kitchen utensils are also provided.

The centerpiece and highlight of the apartment is its Hundertwasser-style bathroom. Soft, flowing shapes, unique charm, and a hand-cast bathtub—which can also be used as a shower—come together here with one-of-a-kind mosaic tiles and sand-plastered walls. Comfort is not neglected in this bathroom either: underfloor heating ensures a particularly pleasant indoor climate.

The second floor of the apartment can be reached via the spiral staircase in the living room. This is where the bedrooms of the “Atelierhaus” are located.
In the first bedroom, the double bed (160x200 cm) is particularly cozy under the wood-paneled sloped ceiling. Through the window, you can catch a glimpse of the Baltic Sea.

Directly across from it is another small, charming bedroom with a single bed (80x200 cm) and a skylight. Here, too, the furnishings have been chosen with care and an eye for detail.

Wi-Fi internet access is available.

The “Atelierhaus” is situated on a large, park-like shared property. Green lawns alternate here with a grove of mature trees that surround the vacation rental, giving the property’s outdoor area a unique and beautiful character.

A terrace along the long side of the house borders directly on the garden. Patio furniture is available here and is welcome to be used. Since this is a shared property used by several accommodations, guests from neighboring units may pass through this area.

A free parking space is located in the immediate vicinity, so you can conveniently park your car.

In the adjacent room, there is a washing machine (for a fee) and a dryer.
