Our neighborhood is within immediate proximity to Downtown Raleigh’s best. It's a diverse and tight-knit community, considered the most up-and-coming in Downtown Raleigh. It’s a mishmash of all kinds of people -- young adults, families with kids, and retirees. If you are uncomfortable with an urban area, then another neighborhood in Raleigh may be better for you.


Our property has great walkability. E scooter and bikes are often parked on the street for pick-up. There is a bus line that runs within a block and will take you downtown.

Each month, the host walks this house. Not a checklist on a clipboard — an actual walkthrough.
Smoke and CO detectors get tested.

Stair rails get pulled on. Exterior lights get switched on after dark to confirm the path from the driveway to the door is lit.
