Guest Access:

You'll need to take flight of stairs to get to the unit.



For your reference, our property follows a seasonal schedule for indoor temperature control. We use the cooling system during the warmer part of the year and switch to heating during the colder months.



Other Things to Note:

ID and a bit of info may be asked during booking.

For a smooth stay, we ask that there’s no smoking, no illegal stuff, and that noise is kept to a minimum. Also, make sure any guests are registered ahead of time.



*Optional Damage Waiver*



For a one-time, non-refundable fee of *$35, you can choose to add a Damage Waiver to your reservation. This provides up to *$400 in coverage for eligible accidental damage** during your stay, such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.



Please note that the waiver does not cover intentional damage, missing items, pet-related damage, excessive cleaning, or damage caused by unauthorized parties or events, negligence, misuse, or house rule violations.



After your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a secure link where you can complete your reservation details and choose whether you’d like to add the waiver.



If you decide not to purchase it, any applicable damage charges would remain your responsibility.
