Our spacious vacation apartment is located in a quiet area, yet just a 5-minute walk from our town center, where you’ll find restaurants, butcher shops, an ice cream parlor, a bakery, and a wine shop. The popular Ritterspielplatz playground is just 350 meters away from us. Our beautiful little town of Wolframs-Eschenbach is the perfect starting point for numerous activities in the surrounding area. The lakes Altmühlsee (9 km) and Brombachsee (18 km), as well as the picturesque towns of Rothenburg o. d. T., Dinkelsbühl, and Nuremberg are all nearby. Natural outdoor swimming areas are just a few minutes away. Our 95-square-meter vacation apartment is located on the first floor of our single-family home, built in 1991, and offers plenty of space for 4 people. It features two separate bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is furnished with a double box-spring bed, a couch, and access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 is furnished with two single beds, which can be pushed together upon request, and a desk area with a chair. We’re happy to provide a baby crib free of charge. The spacious balcony is furnished with a hanging chair, a table with 5 chairs, and a lounge chair. The spacious living-dining area has everything you could want; the fully equipped kitchen—complete with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, stove, oven, kettle, toaster, and coffee maker—along with the large dining table and cozy couch, invite you to relax and feel right at home. The spacious, naturally lit bathroom features a bathtub, a shower, a sink, and a toilet. In the stairwell just inside the entrance to the vacation rental, there is a coat rack; additionally, our large entryway features another coat rack and a bench. Especially in the summer, you can enjoy relaxing barbecue evenings in our garden. Please note that pets are not allowed. You can use the Wi-Fi and the covered parking space in front of the house free of charge. A deposit of 20% is due upon booking. You can pay the remaining balance in cash upon arrival or by bank transfer by the day of arrival. Credit card payments are not accepted. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Other check-in and check-out times are possible upon request. Keys will be handed over in person on-site. Pets are not allowed. A crib, high chair, baby monitor, toilet seat, and step stool can be provided upon request (free of charge). The base rate includes towels, dish towels, bed linens, Wi-Fi, and parking in the carport. Please note that this is a non-smoking property.
