Vacation apartment zur Wacht in Viechtach

Our holiday apartment is located in Viechtach, a small town with about 8000 inhabitants, where holidays are still relaxing. Viechtach itself is idyllically located in a wooded area in the beautiful Bavarian Forest. You will find plenty of shopping facilities for your daily needs: bakers, butchers, beverage and supermarkets. The Viechtach restaurateurs will also be happy to cater to you. For holidaymakers, there are many opportunities for leisure activities in the surrounding area: e.g. Viechtach and the surrounding area also have many ski areas in winter, e.g. cross-country skiing centre Lohberg-Scheiben. Ski lift St.Englmar, ski lift Pröller, ski lift Grün, toboggan run St.Englmar, etc. Here you also have an ideal location for excursions to the Czech Republic. The holiday apartment Zur Wacht is 65 square meters and is located on the 1st floor, is designed for 3 adults and a small child. In the bedroom there is a double bed + baby bed (baby duvet must be brought by yourself) with TV. A comfortably furnished living room with sofa bed on which the third person sleeps, with satellite large flat screen TV, Wi-Fi and Playstation 4. The cozy kitchen-cum-living room is equipped with a dining table, high chair for toddlers, oven, microwave, mixer, kettle, milk frother, coffee maker, toaster, radio, refrigerator with freezer compartment and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom is equipped with shower, (separate toilet), hair dryer, washing machine and towels. A children's play area is also available with toys. A fitness stepper and exercise bike should not be missing. In addition, the apartment has its own balcony with seating area, parasol, and a gas grill, at the same time entrance area where you can enjoy the sun and tranquility. The front door entrance is NOT barrier-free, access is via an external staircase. Arrival is possible from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Departure is possible from 08.00 a.m. to 10.00 a.m. Other arrival and departure times are possible after consultation. The keys are handed over on site. Pets are not allowed. A baby cot can be provided on request (free of charge). The basic price includes towels, bed linen, Wi-Fi, parking. The fee for overnight guests is EUR 3.00 per day of stay (visitor's tax) for adults and adolescents aged 16 and over EUR 1.50 for children and adolescents aged 6 to 15 Children up to the age of 5 are free of tourist tax
